Heavy Weight bikes, also known as balloon tire bikes, had a tire size of 2.125 and ranged from the 1920's through the mid to late 1950's. They were much heavier than today's modern bikes BUT, in our opinion, also had a LOT more style and class. Rekindle those cherished childhood memories by enjoying the pictures!
