This beauty was professionally repainted by an auto body shop expert. It was painted as close to the original blue as possible with a modern touch using metallic blue paint (really pretty). Tank is in excellent shape with working horn. All new and proper decals and all chrome is really shiny with some small peppering on the chainguard and tank. Head cups are shiny but a bit of the chrome is peeling and a little rusty. The stainless steel fenders are really shiny with some small dents on the rear fender near the reflector. Repro Schwinn cranks and original chain in excellent condition. Rear rack is in good condition with some slight rust in the nooks and crannies, front rack is aluminum and in nice shape. Handlebars are really nice with no rust or peppering. Seat post & clamp in great shape with no rust or peppering, Repro rear fender reflector, original seat in great shape repainted white on the nose and "S" were painted with professional vinyl paint that doesn’t crack or chip. Underside of seat repainted professionally and original white grips. Brand new Westwind tires and repro S-7 rims with new repro Schwinn script front hub and blue band 2 speed kickback rear hub in good shape. Bike has coaster brake as well as the original hand brakes and all work fine. Pedals are original and in good condition. I added a new nickel-plated chain for the look and overall the bike is really nice looking and would rate about 8. On Sale for $1500
