Extremely rare find!!! As you can see from the pictures, this is a very nice bicycle, Elgin, circa 1932. It has most of the original red & white paint. There is very little rust. The springer seat is in good condition. The headlight is the original one and still has the lense and bulb in it. When I opened the light casing I found the original instructions and packaging. The reflector is original (the bumpy one) and is in good shape. The chrome is in pretty good shape. A little TLC from the right person would make a big difference. The tires are not the origianl (they were tattered and rotten), but were replaced with the same type. It was a one owner bike (until we obtained it). It pre-dates the war. This bike is being sold 'as is', and would be perfect for the collector/restorer or bike enthusiast. (Remember that this bike is very heavy and I will break it down for an additional fee of $20.00. Buyer is responsible for S&H of approximately $50.00). It was once some boy's dream machine. Now it can be yours. $1500 plus shipping and handling.SOLD
