This is a Pre-war D.P. Harris Mfg. 28" girls bike. Rims have wood core. Tires are 28" pneumatic ( no tubes) No. 76 Giant Chain Tread- United States model although neither holds air well. Skip-tooth chain, and string skirt guard designed to keep those lovely ladies dresses out of the spokes. New Departure Model D brake. Original seat needs recovering. Black coke bottle grips.
